This session will describe the multiple resources available from the Producer Education Team at the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, a contractor to the Beef Checkoff. Learning how the Beef Quality Assurance guidelines could be incorporated into your practice as an educational tool for producers will be a focus. Practical templates will be introduced and will include a daily biosecurity plan template based off the Secure Beef Supply plan, on-site assessments for cow/calf and feedyard operations, and the PAACO-certified feedyard assessment. |
