AABP Amstutz Scholarship Auction

The Amstutz Scholarship committee will be sponsoring a benefit auction at the 2010 AABP Conference. All proceeds from this auction will go towards further enhancing the premier student scholarship program of the AABP. A live auction will be held during the Friday night social event. A simultaneous silent auction will be held with items on display and available for bidding on in the exhibit hall. "Proxy" bids may be submitted for use by the auctioneer prior to the 2010 Conference for those members whom will not be present. You do not have to be present to purchase an item at the live auction.

During the Friday Night Social Event, a live auction will be held as part of the evening festivities.

Live Auction Rules:
All bids will be final and with winning bid determine by the auctioneer.

  1. Successful bidders will be given a receipt for the item purchased immediately following completion of bidding on that item.
  2. The successful bidder should take the receipt to a special desk set up at the Fiday Night Social and make payment during or immediately after the auction. Please pick up items Friday evening before the end of the program.
  3. Payment can be made via cash, check or credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express). Make checks payable to the AABP Amstutz Scholarship Fund.
  4. Items can be shipped for an added charge.
  5. Successful abstentee bidders will be contacted by the AABP Office for payment and shipping information.
