 Mixed Animal Practice in Texas Panhandle with a strong emphasis Dairy and Beef Medicine in search of associate veterinarianS.  
Training Required:
 DVM or equivalent.  
Experience Desired:
 New grads welcome. Food animal production experience and previous palpation experience preferred.  
 Salary is negotiable based on benefits provided and experience level, but typical package is valued at $125,000. 
 Benefits could include company vehicle, health insurance, CE allowance, matching 401k, 2 weeks paid vacation, AVMA membership, TVMA membership, and AABP membership.

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:
 Six year old 10,000 square foot clinic and vet supply. Clinic features digital radiology, cold laser therapy, CBC and Chemistry analyzer, portable ultrasound, and small ruminant laproscope. Outside facilities include hydraulic tip over chute, multiple manual chutes, large set of working pens, enclosed cow barn, six year old horse barn with stalls, working stocks, and padded surgery room. Clinic also has a full service in house diagnostic lab as well. We strive to be a full service veterinary practice to fulfill all the needs of the community and surrounding area. 
Other Personnel :  7 Doctors, 4 technicians, 1 office manager 
Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:
 Clinic is approximately 60% Dairy, 20% Beef, 10% Small Animal, 5 % Equine, 3 % Small Ruminant, and 2% Swine. We encourage new associates to pursue their own interests to broaden our range of services. Besides routine Dairy work our doctors also provide such services as small animal orthopedics, small ruminant reproduction, and show animal medicine and surgery.  
Practice Area:  Muleshoe, TX (pop 4500) is located 60 miles from Lubbock, TX (pop. >250,000) and 30 miles from Clovis, NM (pop. 30,000). The dry, moderate climate is ideal for food animal production and health. We are located within 3 to 4 hours drive from the mountains of New Mexico for skiing and hiking and also have several lakes within 2 hours drive. Hunting is plentiful with strong local populations of mule deer, quail, pheasant, dove, ducks, geese, and coyotes.
