Objective:
|
Our progressive mixed animal practice is seeking the employment of one full-time veterinarian to join our current five doctor team. |
|
Training Required:
|
DVM with Ohio licensure |
|
Experience Desired:
|
Experienced veterinarians as well as new graduates are encouraged to apply. |

Salary:
|
Competitive base salary based on experience
Additional monthly production based pay
Emergency fees paid to the doctor for all completed emergency calls
|

Benefits:

•Competitive salary including compensation for all emergency work and production bonuses starting after 3 months of employment
•No emergency duty scheduled for the first 6 months of employment

•4 day work week and half days every other Saturday

•Continuing education stipend
•On-call hours one day per week and every 4th weekend for food animal only
o Veterinarians average 35 emergency calls per year
o Veterinarians are financially compensated for emergency work.

Our privately owned business has been operating in West Central Ohio since 1979 and takes pride in providing excellent patient care in our rural environment with 60% of our business being domestic household pets and 40% food animal ambulatory services.
Both our Anna and Sidney, Ohio offices practice small animal medicine and are well equipped to provide outstanding diagnostic, treatment and surgical care for our patients. We are proud to offer digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house blood analyzers, surgical laser, and therapeutic laser. Food animal services include regularly schedule preventive care as well as treatment and management of daily case load. While most are on-farm services, we do have a number of haul-in cases when available.

We are located in west central Ohio along I-75, 45 minutes north of Dayton. Our location provides a rural environment and a low cost of living with the convenience of being close to the city. We are located about 1.5 hours from Columbus, 45 minutes from Dayton, 1.5 hours from Cincinnati. Our area consists of many small towns that are home to some of the best schools in Ohio. For recreation, there are 4 lakes within our practice area that offer anything kayaking and fishing to water sports. |
