Description: If you are an owner approaching the sale of your practice, do you have a NoLo practice – one that has no (or low) profit and thus little or no value? You control the value of your practice and today’s management decisions ultimately determine the value when you sell. If you are a potential buyer, is the valuing of a practice a mystery, do you understand the three means used to value practices, and how purchasing a practice will affect your take home pay, In either case, don’t be caught by surprise – this workshop will cover: Ř How a veterinary practice is valued Ř What to do if there’s little or no value - specific steps to improve and protect your practice’s investment value and make it attractive to a potential buyer Ř How to make the purchase affordable for the buyer without reducing the value you receive Ř How to develop a Business Mentorship Program to ensure an associate’s successful transition into ownership Ř Effective and productive practice management strategies – what do you need to have in place for continued success?
