Objective:
|
Mondovi Veterinary Service seeks to hire an associate veterinarian to further our ability to provide high-level service to our large animal clientele. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is passionate about dairy medicine and shares our desire to help our clients meet their full potential through comprehensive veterinary services tailored to each farm's unique needs. We support and encourage individuals to develop their own personal interests or areas of expertise within large animal medicine. |

Training Required:
|
Must possess a DVM and licensure or ability to acquire licensure in the state of Wisconsin & federal accreditation. |

Experience Desired:
|
All experience levels are encouraged to apply, however, applicants are expected to possess and/or develop strong bovine medicine skills. |

Salary:
|
Negotiable, based on experience level. |

3% Match IRA, health insurance stipend, liability insurance, PTO (available immediately), CE stipend and designated time off in addition to PTO, dues and memberships (AABP, AVMA, WVMA, NWVMA, IVMA), equally shared on-call, one afternoon off per week. |

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:

All equipment necessary to practice mobile large animal medicine will be provided including a portable Easi-Scan Ultrasound, laptop and cell phone for each doctor. Vehicle not provided, but mileage is compensated at the federal rate. |

MVS is a well established practice, serving clients in the Buffalo Valley for greater than 40 years. Despite our historical age, we have a team of young energetic veterinarians. We routinely provide herd health, in-house milk quality, and data analysis services to our clients, however, we encourage all of our team members to explore individual interests and develop specialized services accordingly. |
