Description:

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Suffolk countryside and experience a truly romantic escape in your own private shepherd's hut. Nestled in the idyllic Waveney Valley, this enchanting retreat comes with everything you need for a truly memorable stay, including a cozy electric wood burner set in the corner of the living space.

Ascend three steps to enter this well-equipped hut, where the enchanting open-plan living area awaits. Here, you can savor the panoramic view, with the double doors inviting the outside in on warmer days, or enjoy the comforting warmth of the electric wood burner on chilly evenings. The cleverly designed compact kitchen, tucked away at the back of the hut, provides all the necessary amenities to whip up a storm. A raised sleeping area occupies one side of the hut, while ample storage space ensures a clutter-free environment. At the opposite end, a modern shower room awaits. Step outside and find yourself in your own private garden, where a fire pit invites you to gather under the starry night sky or bask in the lingering summer sunshine. Relax at the table and chairs, taking in the peaceful ambience and keeping an eye out for the captivating wildlife that frequent the garden.

Should you require any essentials, a shop is located just 5 miles away (grocery delivery also available), while the welcoming village pub is just over a mile from your doorstep. Explore the picturesque countryside with scenic walks or bike rides through the surrounding fields and woodlands. The area is rich in history including WW2, Roman and Viking (Sutton Hoo is within a 45-minute drive). The coast is a 25-minute drive with both classic seaside towns and remote beaches. Miles of walks are accessible from the doorstep, cycle hire is available locally and quiet country roads lend themselves to cycling. Canoeing/boating/kayaking on the River Waveney is also close by. Tour of the working farm can also be available.
