About the AABP Foundation - Cargill Animal Nutrition Scholarship ProgramCargill Animal Nutrition
has generously funded five $2,000 scholarships through the AABP Foundation,
the AABP Foundation - Cargill Animal Nutrition Scholarship Program. The AABP Foundation announces the availability of these scholarships for 2015. These scholarships will be administered by the AABP Foundation. Announcement of the scholarship recipients will be made prior to the AABP Conference. Scholarship recipients will be encouraged to attend the AABP Annual Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico this September to receive their awards in person but attendance is not required to receive the scholarship. THE CRITERIA FOR AABP FOUNDATION - CARGILL ANIMAL NUTRITION SCHOLARSHIPS?
Applications will be evaluated based on their: 1. Experience and understanding of dairy or beef: a. Production practices b. Veterinary medicine c. Nutrition 2. Vision of their future as a veterinarian in the dairy and/or beef industries. 3. Ability to express themselves in writing. Student membership in AABP is required. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR 2015 Applicants should complete
the following via the Electronic Submission Form:
Completed applications and letters of recommendation must be submitted online no later than June 15, 2015. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Electronic submission of applications through the AABP Foundation web site (foundation.aabp.org) is the only method available. Electronic submission of recommendation letters to the AABP office is also required. It is recommended that you complete the application essay portions in a word processor prior to submitting it online. This will eliminate the possibility of having to retype these lengthy portions if an error should occur during or prior to submitting. Following an electronic submission
you should receive an electronic reply to the email address submitted
with your application that confirms the electronic receipt of your application.
If you do not receive this you should contact the AABP Office to
check on its status.
