Your Role: As the Director of Dairy Youngstock, you will lead the Youngstock Team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will oversee the health and welfare of young dairy animals, work closely with veterinary staff, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Training Required:
|
Requirements:
• Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in large herd dairy management, youngstock care, or veterinary services.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
