AABP staff have developed this guide for you to select a hotel for the conference. We strongly encourage our members to book their hotel using our online booking link to guarantee your hotel stay and to also support the organization by minimizing our financial risk for the conference. Book your hotel no later than August 22 to receive AABP guaranteed rates.
Please be aware that there are scammers who will contact attendees to book their room. This is not an official housing provider and your room is not guaranteed if booking outside the AABP reservation system. AABP does not provide your contact information to other housing providers and all emails asking you to book that are not from AABP.org are spam. Please contact the AABP office if you are unsure if a housing email is from AABP.

Please note that there is a Red Roof Inn also near the convention center. AABP did not book this hotel due to the condition of the hotel and we recommend you reserve your room in the AABP hotel block based upon our evaluation of each property for our members.
