Objective:
|
We are a rural 2-doctor mixed animal practice in Cache Valley Utah. Open from 8-5, Monday - Friday, our services cover a 60:40 ratio of large to small animals. The majority of the work is with small, family owned dairies and ranches. Daily duties is to attend to the appointments on your schedule. A technician will be by your side to assist where needed and take notes of each appointment. We are looking to add a full-time veterinarian to our staff who is comfortable working with many species in clinic or on the farm. Local travel might be required for farm-call services. We are open to additional services given a candidates interest and capability.

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:

Building facilities: Small animal exam room, small animal surgery room, large animal exam room, stocks with exchangeable head catch, pens with alleyway leading up to the chute, extra rooms previously used for cattle embryo transfers.
Equipment: on-call phone, portable/digital x-ray, portable ultrasound, power-float, farrier tools, portable electro-jag, 24/7 access to schedule.
We share on-call time with another local clinic, thus, each veterinarian only covers every 5th-6th weekend and 2 holidays per year. |

Logan is home to Utah State University - CVM with the Utah Veterinary Diagnostic Lab and other campus facilities. Cherry Peak Ski Resort is found only a couple miles from the clinic, Cache Valley offers an array of other recreational activities for singles or families. |
