We all have a dream. It begins before vet school, continues through vet school and ends the day we die. However, living this dream vs thinking it can be difficult. Sometimes things don’t workout as planned. Sometimes your ideal practice isn’t what it seemed. Sometimes your niche doesn’t work out. You’ve been knocked down, maybe before you even start. Now what?
Our objective today is to discuss the techniques that can turn you from someone with a vision into a person of action. To discuss how you can find your niche, or a new niche, and begin to develop and exploit it. We are also going to discuss the habits and routines that are key to fostering a journey of life long development; well beyond veterinary school. Today, we begin to discuss just how you can move from “An Associate” to “THE Associate” in your practice’s eyes.
