Objective of Talk This lecture will provide a review of upper and lower respiratory diagnostic tests, including nasal swabs, deep nasopharyngeal swabs, trans-tracheal wash, and bronchoalveolar lavage. A framework deciding when to use each test and interpret results will be provided.
