All participants must agree to the Entire Liability Waiver acknowledging the risks associated with participating in the AABP Stampede.

Special Needs

Attendees and exhibitors are not permitted to bring pets, animal companions or emotional support animals into the Convention Center or AABP-sponsored events. There are three categories of animals permitted at the AABP conference:

  1. Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify.
  2. Animals on exhibit or at an AABP sponsored event during the conference.
  3. Animals participating in AABP scheduled interactive labs or required for teaching or training.

All owners of service animals, as defined above, must contact the AABP office by emailing fred@aabp.org for registering the approved service animal. If an attendee requires assistance under the ADA, please email fred@aabp.org immediately after registration, to arrange for the necessary accommodations.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to follow all rules, regulations and precautions implemented by the convention center, hotel and AABP office.

I further acknowledge that the AABP reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed:

  1. disorderly or disruptive
  2. contrary to the mission of the AABP
  3. noncompliant with conference rules or terms and conditions.

I agree that any such determination, in the sole discretion of conference organizers, will result in a non-refundable termination of my privilege to attend conference events.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AABP meetings and related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AABP's use and distribution of the registrant attendee's image or voice in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings and electronic reproductions of such events and activities.

In-Person Refund Policy

In-person conference registration is refundable based upon the following terms and conditions:

  1. In-person registrants who are unable to attend can request transferring their registration to virtual attendance at no additional cost.
  2. In-person registrants can request a refund, less a $100 administrative fee, until July 16.
  3. From July 17 to August 14, in-person registrants who decline virtual registration transfer will receive a refund of 50% of registration fee.
  4. Seminars, clinical forums, and meal tickets are fully refundable until August 14.
  5. After August 14, no refunds are available and all in-person registrants who are unable to attend will be transferred to virtual attendance upon request.
  6. Raffle ticket purchases, 5K registration and donations to the AABP Foundation are non-refundable.
