Objective:
|
We are looking for a full time Associate Veterinarian to join our 5 Doctor, 3 clinic mixed animal practice in Mercer County Ohio. |
|
Training Required:
|
D.V.M. with OH and IN licenses |
|
Experience Desired:
|
We are seeking an associate that is interested in mixed animal practice. We are located in central Mercer county and work with dairy, beef, small ruminant and equine. |

Salary:

100k+ with ownership opportunity |

The associate will be provided with a fully stocked truck with bowie unit. Health insurance, HSA, license fees, professional liability and continuing education is covered as well. Vacation time and a percentage of emergency fees are included. On call time is equally shared between partners and associates. Our current veterinarians have over 100 years combined experience and are able to offer excellent mentoring. |

Facilities provided by the veterinary practice:

We have 3 practice locations; Coldwater Animal Clinic, St. Mary's Veterinary Clinic and Fort Recovery Veterinary Center. Our Coldwater office is the primary large animal clinic. The St. Mary's and Fort Recovery clinics are primarily small animal. We supply all equipment needed for large animal calls. Our small animal clinics have Idexx blood machines, digital radiology, small and large animal ultrasound, digital ear scope, dental equipment, cool laser therapy and fully stocked surgical suites. |

Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:
|
Preventive medicine is our primary objective with our dairy herds with routine herd health and protocol development. Small animal includes preventative medicine with routine and emergency procedures performed. Looking to increase equine work and always willing to add new services.

We are located in Mercer county in West-Central Ohio which is one of the top agricultural counties in Ohio and are located close to the Ohio-Indiana line, thus the need for both licenses. We are an hour drive from Dayton and Fort Wayne, and two hours from Columbus and Indianapolis. Grand Lake St. Mary's and Lake Loramie are just a short drive from our clinics if you enjoy fishing, hunting and boating. There are numerous community events and local concerts all summer long. |
