Objective:
|
North Valley Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time large animal veterinarian to join our 5 doctor team, and fill the needs of our growing practice. We are looking for a compassionate team player with excellent interpersonal skills, medical/surgical skills, and the confidence to work independently. The right candidate will be performing bovine and equine general practice medicine/surgery, breeding soundness exams, processing calves/cattle, pregnancy diagnosis, and herd level consulting. Our clinic has a rotating on-call schedule, with time shared equally among all veterinarians. |

Training Required:

DVM or equivalent, able to be licensed in Idaho, able to be USDA accredited |

Experience Desired:
|
New graduates and experienced vets are encouraged to apply. |

Salary:
|
Salary is dependent on experience. We offer base salary plus production. |

Each vet receives a fully stocked truck w/vet box, cell phone, and portable ultrasound. The clinic has fully stocked equine and bovine haul-in facilities with digital radiographs, and surgical/exam rooms. We also have a portable hydraulic chute. |

Our clinic consists of 5 veterinarians, 1 CVT, 2 veterinary assistants, and a receptionists. |

Our practice strengths include providing progressive and quality veterinary services to our clients. Our main focus is herd level consulting and herd health work. We are currently growing our advanced reproductive services by offering laparoscopic AI, embryo transfer, and ovum pick up. |
