Objective:
|
Valley Veterinary Clinic is looking to add to our team of 18 dairy-focused veterinarians. We recognize opportunities for growth with both new and existing clients. |
|
Training Required:
|
DVM, Wisconsin licensure and USDA Accreditation. |
|
Experience Desired:
|
Both experienced veterinarians and new grads are encouraged to apply. |

VVC prides itself at being an advocate and an asset for our dairies. We highly value the relationships we have with our clients which range in size from 50-8500 milking cows. Regular herd health visits are generally rotated between two doctors to facilitate teamwork and learning. Our practice highlights the potential to grow or participate in an array of specialized services. This can include youngstock services, milk quality, employee development, translation and training, ET/IVF and facilities consultation. If you don’t see your passion listed, we are willing to help you get it off the ground and implement it at our practice. We are a clinic that strives to improve our skills and help each other succeed. Our team atmosphere combined with our clinic’s size promises less on-call and encourages more free time to pursue your interests outside of veterinary medicine. VVC vets enjoy teaching and are dedicated to helping new veterinarians transition into veterinary practice. For new grads, our mentorship program ensures that you will quickly gain the skills you need to succeed as a young veterinarian. |

Our practice area is unique in that it features both high density of dairy cows as well as two mid-sized cities. Seymour is located within a half hour's drive of both Green Bay and Appleton, where restaurants, breweries, shopping centers, and music venues are available. Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunity for hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, snowmobiling etc. in Wisconsin's northwoods or Michigan's UP. Door County offers summer recreation on Lake Michigan. Of course, football fans will appreciate the proximity to Lambeau Field. |
