Objective:
|
To find an associate veterinarian who enjoys a true mixed animal practice and working with beef cattle. We are looking for someone who demonstrates servant based leadership and wants to work in a family environment. There is buy-in potential after the first year and it is encouraged even. |

-Aggressive Salary -$1,000 toward Continuing Education - Paid professional membership dues (Avg of $400-600 Benefit) - Professional Liability is paid ($400-600 Benefit) -Truck and vet box - Week days off and rotating Saturdays off during slower times. (Highest rated benefit by staff and doctors) - On-call is every 5th-6th weekend and one night a week. (You have time to spend with family on weekend). You also get a percentage of on-call emergency fee. - Usually, a bonus after spring and fall seasons - Buy-In is available after the 1st year and is encouraged. - Retirement account match program. ($1200-1500 on avg) - We serve 4 counties that are part of USDA Veterinary Medical Loan Repayment Program that will pay up to $75,000 in student loans. We currently have one veterinarian that was awarded this. - Clinic house is available for rent for 1st year of practice. (Very low rent so can be up to $5000 benefit) -Clinic was just remodeled starting Aug 2024 |
