The Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, Oklahoma State University (OSU) College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) invites applications for a full-time clinical-track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Production Animal Ambulatory Medicine and Extension Services.
Training Required:
Applicants must have a DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and a minimum of five years of experience in production animal practice. A graduate degree in a related field or residency training in preventive veterinary medicine or food animal practice and certification by the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine (ACVPM) or American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) is considered an asset. Candidates qualified to take the ACVPM or ABVP certification examination are encouraged to apply. Interest and clinical experience in routine food animal medicine, surgery, and theriogenology is desirable. Eligibility for faculty licensure in Oklahoma is and the ability to obtain an Oklahoma driver’s license is required.
