Objective:

Privately owned practice looking to add to our veterinary crew. Marshfield Veterinary Service is a six doctor practice running 5 food animal trucks with a beautiful, large clinic space. We have the best clients! Seeking entrepreneurs, new graduates or family-oriented veterinarians. We have a multitude of dairies, as well as beef and small ruminant clients in need of service. Mixed or large animal positions available. No small animal on call. |

Training Required:

Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, Licensing in state of WI, Federal Accreditation

Experience Desired:

Interest in dairy herd health and production medicine |

Salary:

Salary is negotiable. Not production based, emergency bonus provided. |

Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:
|
Dairy work is primarily scheduled herd health visits. The ideal candidate would have training and interest in production and calf consulting. The clinic has begun to be involved in small ruminant advanced reproductive technologies and would have a position for someone with interest in this area.
Small animal specializes in dentals, medical cases, and wellness visits. We have recently added small animal ultrasound to add to diagnostic capabilities.
We are accommodating and open to a wide variety of interests. We frequently host student externs and would need a candidate willing to take a turn teaching. Marshfield Veterinary Service joined the Innovative Veterinary Solutions buying group in order to expand our networking with a great group of veterinarians throughout the country.
