Objective of Talk	Agriculture across the US is different than it was even 20 years ago. Teams are made up of people from many different places, who may have different cultures and communication needs than ever before. This can put recent graduates in a wonderful situation to be a team leader in guiding through these challenges. The goal for this talk is to provide you with a view into that opportunity, as well as to deliver some examples of easy services you can provide to get started.
