Objective:
|
We are currently a 3 doctor very diverse 100% large animal practice looking to add a 4th veterinarian. We are 95% ambulatory. We are located in north central MD in beautiful Carroll County and within 25 mins of Gettysburg, PA. 1 hour from Baltimore and 1 hour from Washington D.C. |

Experience Desired:

We would be happy to mentor a new graduate or experienced vet may apply. We want the applicant to be enthusiastic about treating all livestock as well as horses. |

Practice strengths and emphasis of the business:

We do a lot of 4H work, we have commercial herds, small family farms, many backyard/hobby farmers, our horse clientele is expanding and very diverse from pleasure, rodeo, standardbred, hunter/jumper to some draft horses. We do a lot of small ruminant work as well as camelid work. We have a very good reputation throughout the region and have built this practice predominantly by word of mouth. We emphasize excellent client communication and client education. |
